This is the coolest guy ever. He created a camera called the Gigapxl. Every picture it takes is equivalent to 600 combined prints from a professional SLR camera. He is trying to compile a coast-to-coast portrait of America in super high-resolution. Creating an archive of vanishing cultural and archeological sites for future generations. Absolutely amazing. I can’t believe how detailed these images are – check out this sample. This is the type of stuff I’d love to be doing. Inventing new ways to capture the world around us. What a guy. His name is Graham Flint.
